Russell Payne
Managing Director
| Experience & specialisms:
Russell founded the firm back in 1989 and the practice as a whole has gone from strength to strength. Nowadays, Russell spends much more time in the area of business development and growth. These sessions enable clients to spend time working ‘on their business’ rather than ‘in their business’. As a result, business owners enjoy increased profitability, higher team morale and all in all, create businesses that are much more enjoyable to run.
| Outside work: |
Henry (11) and Eleanor (13) continue to demand more and more of Russell's time, especially at weekends. Taxiing to and from Birthday Parties, swimming etc, etc. And there are no more lazy mornings with the latest addition to the family of Stella from the Dog rescue home at Brigg. Stella likes to be up and out around 6am, so expect to see them out on the West Common, bright and early. |

Katie still enjoys her role as Chairperson of the Lincoln Cancer Research Committee.
She loves a game of golf but keeping her handicap of 12 is becoming more difficult as she is playing less and less.
She always looks forward to her runs with Stella the dog but somehow Stella is the one doing the pulling up steep hill. |
