Dear Mr Payne,

You will probably remember that earlier in 2007 I came to see you regarding the Pricing Structure of my Business. I had been concerned that over the previous two years leading up to 2008 I had not been been able to make any profit.

As you already know I work in a highly specialised field and I have felt that although charging a reasonable fee for my works, I still found it a struggle to keep the business on track financially. Our meeting together showed some very interesting facts. The first was that according to your Computer software, after inputting all my facts and figures, I was working for a mere £10 per hour. The second fact was that my extensive tuning contracts were priced well below even a third lower in some cases pitched against my competitors.

On your recommendation I immediately brought in a new pricing structure based on your advice. This brought into play an increase of20% to all my tuning contracts which I must say I was not keen to implement initially as I thought I would lose most ofmy customers. But the reverse happened and not only did I lose only 1 client from over 250, but have taken more clients on in 2008. With the introduction ofa realistic call out fee as well, the business finances have experienced a remarkable upturn.

The reason for my writing is to thank you and Charles for all your help and support with my business which has now moved financially into profit as of this time. This is a direct result of your extremely good professional advice to which I would be very happy to recommend to others.

We purchased an established business in uphill Lincoln earlier this year. Russell Payne & Co Accountants had been recommended to us to use by a number of friends and associates.

We arranged a meeting with Russell to discuss our requirements, Russell introduced us to Kate Cook, during our meeting both Russell and Kate gave us lots of useful advice and information. Kate recommended that we use a basis Sage accounting package, Kate assured us that she would provided full training and be available for any queries or problems we may encounter with learning a new system. True to her word Kate arranged a number of visits to our home to show and explain the accounting package, step by step and in bit sized chunks, Kate made it very simple for us to use, Kate was always very patient and was always on hand to resolve any queries or problems that we had, nothing was ever too much trouble for her.

Russell also suggested that for a very small extra annual fee that we should use the payroll service that Russell Payne & Co provide. We had recently been on an Inland Revenue course but felt for the extra cost this would be money well spent, for the time that I would save each month. Once again the staff at Russell Payne & Co, Emily and Gemma have been great, all I have to do is email the amounts to be paid each month and they do the rest, it really couldn't be simpler.

We are completely sure we chose the correct accountants and they have provided us with the perfect package for our business.
